The harvest date varies according to each production period, along with the respective bottling dates.
For example, our current batches are freshly bottled from olives harvested in early November.

The acidity level remains consistently low, between 0.5% and 0.6%, ensuring a cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil of exceptional purity and flavor.

 

Every bottle of Patima Olive Oil is freshly produced from the most recent harvest, offering a true taste of Crete’s finest olive groves.
With a shelf life exceeding 18 months, our oil retains its freshness and nutritional value naturally — just as it should be.
